Bio:
Yoram Gat holds a BSc in computer engineering (Technion) and MSc and PhD in probability and statistics (Tel Aviv University and U.C. Berkeley). Before joining Intel his field of work had been theory and applications of machine learning.
Yoram joined Intel in 2002 as a researcher in the Nanovision group. The group won the Intel Achievement Award in 2004. Since 2006, Yoram is a member of the Advanced Media Technology group in the Microprocessor Technology Lab.
